Find out how your child thinks mathematically

Most assessments tell you what your child scored. Ours tells you how they think – where their strengths lie, what kind of question makes them flourish and exactly which practice will help next.

Two children can get the same score and think in completely different ways. We show you how yours thinks – and what will help next.

A profile, not a score

A mark out of twenty tells you how many answers were right. It does not tell you how your child got there, where they feel confident or what would help next.

Our assessment looks at how your child thinks and describes it in plain language, so you know exactly where to go from here.

Understand

You receive a clear profile of how your child approaches mathematics across the whole year-group curriculum – strengths first, never a grade.

Practise

The report recommends the exact practice packs to start with. Your child works on paper and you mark online with guided feedback.

Maths for real life

We are not an exam-preparation company. The skills our packs develop help with every test a child will sit, because they are the skills of using mathematics – but the goal is a child who reaches for maths with confidence in everyday life.

Progress you can see

When your child has worked through a pack, you re-run that topic at no extra charge and see the previous profile beside the new one. Not a feeling that things are improving – a picture of it.

What parents ask first

How long does it take?

The free taster takes about ten minutes. The full diagnostic is two or three sittings of about fifteen minutes, with progress saved between them.

Will my child be told they are behind?

No. The profile describes how your child thinks, strengths first. There is no percentage and no grade.

Will it help with the 11+?

It is not 11+ preparation. The 11+ rewards children who can reason through unfamiliar problems, and that is exactly what our profile looks at – so it shows where your child is secure and where to build before any preparation begins.

What does re-assessment cost?

Nothing. Re-running a topic is included in the £39.
